I found the original recipe for this smoothie on www.budgetbytes.blogspot.com I tweaked it to my own tastes... it really does taste like pumpkin pie filling, but healthier!
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1 small banana, sliced and pre-frozen
1/3 c. canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 T. ground flaxseed
1 T. almond butter
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 c. Vanilla Almond Milk (or less, depending on how thick you like your smoothies)
Combine all ingredients and blend with a stick blender or a smoothie mixer if you have one. Serve immediately.
